Build the Roof of Africa Secondary School—Empowering the Next Generation

We have just celebrated our very first primary school graduation—an inspiring milestone where every student passed with As and Bs, proving that quality education is possible and transformative. Now, these bright young minds are ready for the next step. We are launching our flagship secondary school project, The Roof of Africa Secondary School, to honour their hard work and potential and help them take one more step toward a university one day and remain out of poverty.

Our vision is clear: a fully-equipped lower secondary facility that delivers excellence with every detail. Each classroom will be outfitted with electricity, high-speed internet, and modern furnishings—all designed to foster a dynamic and nurturing learning environment.
Stage One: The Foundation for Quality Education

To launch this transformative project, we need to build the following in stage one:

  • 4 Fully-Furnished Classrooms—Each costing £50,000
    These dynamic spaces will inspire learning with the latest educational technology and comfortable, ergonomic furniture.

  • 1 State-of-the-Art Computer Lab—£35,000
    A digital hub where students can develop essential skills and explore the world beyond the classroom.

  • Administration Block & Staff Offices—£27,000
    A centralized office to ensure smooth management and support for our students and staff.

  • Modern Kitchen Facility—£23,500
    Providing nutritious meals to fuel the minds and bodies of our future leaders.

  • Toilet Units—£19,500
    Clean, safe, and hygienic facilities that meet the highest standards of health and dignity.

  • Water & Comprehensive Wash Systems—£24,500
    Reliable water supply and sanitation systems to ensure a healthy school environment.
    STEM Lab & Library—£79,000
    A dynamic, dual-purpose facility providing hands-on STEM education and a well-stocked library. This hub will serve the entire school cluster, offering digital resources, interactive learning tools, and a quiet space for research and creativity.

Help Us Secure Vital School Transportation: Driving Education and Community Care Forward

Reliable transportation is key to ensuring every child reaches school safely, and every community member gets urgent access to healthcare. We need two essential vehicles:

  • A School Bus: £89,000
    This dedicated bus will transport students daily from remote villages to school, ensuring punctual, safe, and reliable access to education and will also be our mobile library and classroom

  • An Outreach Land Cruiser: £100,000
    Designed for rugged terrain, this vehicle will serve dual purposes: quickly transporting patients to hospitals in emergencies and facilitating our outreach efforts—delivering nutritious meals and essential supplies, as well as shuttling our staff safely between communities.

Total Investment for Transportation: £189,000
