Belinda
My name is Belinda, and I am a primary six student facing daily challenges living in abject poverty. A few years ago, I sat for my primary four exams and achieved excellent results, which you can see right here. This accomplishment has set me on a path toward realising my dream of attending university one day.
However, to continue my journey, I need your support. A sponsorship of £25 a month would provide me with the resources necessary to continue my education. An annual contribution of £300 would sustain my learning for the entire year, while £600 would cover all expenses for my primary education.
Additionally, my family struggles daily to meet our basic needs. A food parcel sponsorship of £90 each month would ensure that my family has enough to eat, while a monthly cash transfer of £50 would help us manage immediate expenses like medical bills, transportation, and clothing.
I recently took my national exams and achieved an average grade of A, with results as follows:
Kiswahili – A
English – A
Social Studies – A
Maths – C
Science and Technology – B
Civics and Ethics – B
Sponsoring my education is not just an investment in my future; it empowers me to break free from the cycle of poverty. It helps prevent early pregnancy, marriage, and other dangers that disproportionately target young girls in sub-Saharan Africa.
. Your help can change not just my life but also the future of my family and community. Thank you for considering supporting my journey.
